The company "Or Ben Yishai Design Studio" and manages the Instagram page orbenishay_interiordesign.
announces a prize-bearing activity (the "Competition").
Participation in the competition constitutes consent to everything written in the regulations and exempts "Or Ben Yishai Design Studio" (hereinafter: the company) from any claim, demand or claim, directly or indirectly related to the competition, the prizes and everything related to the competition.
What is stated in these regulations refers equally to the members of both genders and the use of the masculine language is done for reasons of convenience only.
Contest rules:
1. The raffle is open to all owners of an active Instagram account (which is not fictitious), when you can register with the same Instagram profile only once from all the profiles that advertise the raffle.
2. The competition will start on 12.01.2021 and end on 28.01.2021.
3. In order to participate in the competition, participants must perform the following actions:

Like the lottery post from January 12, 2021.
Tag at least 3 other Instagram accounts in the post.
Share the post in question above in your personal story and tag the Instagram account orbenishay_interiordesign. On a private account, send a screenshot of the operation.
To increase the chances, you can follow The Home Design Channel YouTube page at https://www.youtube.com/c/TheHomeDesignChannel. Then you must send the username from which the registration operation was performed (hereinafter: "SUBSCRIBE").
How the winner will choose:
5. On January 28, 2021 - an announcement story will be uploaded together with a post and the winner will be announced on the Instagram network.
6. Lottery The winner is drawn from among all the participants randomly and secretly.
7. Only one winner will be selected. The name of the winner will be published on the Instagram page and also through a private message to that user.
8. The announcement of the winner is final and cannot be changed.
9. The company is entitled at any stage to change the duration of the competition, the conditions of the competition, and the details of the regulations.
10. The prize: a NIS 300 gift certificate for purchase in the Floralis network and 3 plans to upgrade a public space at home.
11. The company may remove content published on the page due to inappropriate content or for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice and without complaints being made against it.
Winning:
1. The name of the winner will be published in the announcement about the winners on the Instagram page.
2. The winner will be sent a private message via Instagram or via a representative from the company.
3. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of receiving the winner's full details (full name, phone, address)
4. A winner who has not contacted "Or Ben Yishai Design Studio" 7 days from the date of the announcement of the win, will be considered to have given up his win and will lose his right to receive the prize and will not have any claim, demand or claim against the company and for the loss of the right to receive the prize.
Additional conditions:
1. The participants in the contest hereby declare that they do not and will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the company, its directors, employees and anyone on its behalf, and that they and all those who come on their behalf or on their behalf, among other things, in relation to the contest and/or regarding the identity of the winner or for the win itself.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged and/or credited in the store and no other prize can be accepted.
3. The company may change the prize without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The supervisor of the lottery is a representative on behalf of the company.
